What you need to rent.

Who can rent

• 21 or older.
• A valid Class 5 licence (BC or Canadian). Class 7N accepted with 2+ years' driving experience.
• A credit card in the renter's name for the $300 deposit hold.
• Business or individual — both welcome. For a business account, we put your company name on file so receipts and invoices are ready to go.

What to bring to pickup

• Your driver's licence (and any additional drivers' licences).
• The credit card used to book, for the deposit hold.
• That's it — every van leaves charged, with a 5-minute charging walkthrough.

Deposit & holds

$300 refundable hold at pickup — a hold, not a charge. Released within 3 business days of a clean return. We don't store your card number.

Insurance options

Basic insurance is included on every rental. Add $0-deductible protection for $12/day so you never pay a deductible out of pocket — a good call for multi-driver crews and tight job sites.

Kilometres

250 km per day included; weekly rentals pool to 1,750 km/week. Beyond that it's $0.25/km, totalled at return.

Delivery terms

Pick up at our Kamloops depot (1776 Kelly Douglas Rd), or have a van delivered anywhere in BC on weekly and longer rentals. Kelowna (Enterprise Way) and Nanaimo (Bowen Rd) depots are opening soon — delivery covers those regions in the meantime.
