What's the minimum term for a monthly rental?
One month. We quote 1-month, 3-month and 6-month-plus terms, and longer terms typically bring the per-month rate down. If your job runs shorter than a month, our weekly rate — with automatic ladder billing — is usually the better fit; tell us your timeline and we'll point you to the right one.
What's included in a monthly rate?
The same inclusions as every eVans BC rental: charging, basic insurance, 24/7 roadside, and a per-day km allowance that pools across the month. Monthly quotes also factor in your vans-needed count and duration so the per-unit cost reflects fleet-scale pricing, not a daily rate stretched out.
Can I swap vans during a monthly rental?
Yes. Monthly and fleet accounts can swap van models as job needs change — a cargo run one month, a stand-up cube the next — subject to availability at your depot. We build swap flexibility into the quote up front so it's not a renegotiation later.
Do you deliver monthly rentals?
Yes — delivery is available on weekly and longer rentals, including every monthly and fleet contract, anywhere in BC. We bring the van to your yard, set, or jobsite pre-charged and ready to work, and the same applies when it's time to swap or return.
