Here's exactly what we offer today for getting a van to you — and what we don't offer, stated plainly rather than glossed over.
We deliver the van to your address or job site anywhere in BC on weekly and longer rentals. That's a real, currently-available service — you tell us where you need it, and we bring it to you rather than you coming to the depot. It's delivery to you, not a one-way rental where you pick up in one city and drop off in another — that's a different product, and we want to be clear about which one this is.
When you book a weekly or longer rental, give us the delivery address and we handle the logistics of getting the van to you. It's especially useful when you need the van waiting at a job site or an address first thing, rather than losing time driving to a depot to pick it up yourself.
If delivery isn't necessary, you can always pick up directly from a depot instead:

Delivery routes within BC are generally well inside the range of every van in our fleet — the reference 180 km route we use elsewhere on the site clears every van with margin, even on winter-derated range. For longer delivery distances, the BrightDrop 600 (438 km) or Lion 6 (350 km) give the most headroom.
Delivery is available on weekly and longer rentals per our standard terms, but we don't publish a separate delivery fee online — it depends on distance and location. Contact us for a quote when you book.
If you need a true one-way rental — pick up in one city, drop off in a different one — we don't currently offer that. Contact us if you have a custom or fleet need; we'd rather say so directly than let you assume a capability that isn't there.
To be direct: this isn't something we offer right now. Every rental returns to the depot it was picked up from (or, for a delivered van, the arrangement agreed at booking). If your business has a recurring need for one-way moves between cities, get in touch — we can talk through what's possible on a custom or fleet basis, but we won't imply a standard one-way product exists when it doesn't.
Whether you're picking up at a depot or arranging delivery, booking works the same way — choose your van, dates, and (for delivery) an address, and we take it from there. A refundable $300 deposit and optional $12/day $0-deductible protection apply either way.
If you're renting specifically to run deliveries or drop-offs across a region, payload and cargo volume matter as much as range. The Ford E-Transit's 1,810 kg payload is the highest in the cargo-van lineup — a strong fit for dense, courier-style loads across multiple stops. The BrightDrop 600 pairs the largest cargo-van volume (17.4 m³) with the longest range in the fleet (438 km), useful if your route covers real distance in a single day. For bulk or pallet-based delivery runs, the Lion 6's ~30 m³ box and 4,500 kg payload put it in a different class entirely.
Because charging is included and every van is picked up at 100%, planning a multi-stop delivery day comes down to the same math as any route: total distance versus rated range, with a wider margin in winter. All four vans clear the 180 km reference route we use elsewhere on the site, even at winter-derated range, so a typical regional delivery day rarely requires a mid-route charging stop. For longer circuits, build in a DC fast-charging window — charge times to 80% range from about 28 minutes on the Ford E-Transit up to about 2 hours on the Lion 6.
Delivery logistics differ a bit by region. In the BC Interior around Kamloops, winter cold snaps are more extreme and will derate range further than the standard winter figures we quote — plan routes with extra margin during cold weeks. For Vancouver Island destinations near our upcoming Nanaimo depot, BC Ferries scheduling is a real, meaningful factor for any delivery timeline — sailing wait times can matter more than driving time on an Island route, so build ferry schedules into your delivery planning rather than treating it as a simple driving-distance calculation.
If delivery is a recurring part of your operation rather than a one-off need — say, weekly restocking runs to multiple sites — it's worth talking to us about a fleet or multi-van arrangement rather than booking single deliveries each time. When you book a weekly or longer rental with delivery, have your delivery address, a rough time window for when you need the van on-site, and your preferred pickup date for the return leg ready to go. The more specific the address and access details (loading dock, gate code, site contact), the smoother the drop-off — especially for job sites that aren't a standard street address.
Delivery schedules can shift — a job gets pushed, or a move date moves. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup applies to delivered rentals the same as depot pickups, so booking ahead of a delivery date doesn't lock you in if plans change.
