The day/week number above is the whole story for most renters — there's no separate fuel or charging line to track:
No fuel receipts to expense, no per-kWh electricity billing, no separate "charging fee" tacked onto your invoice. Every rental includes a 250 km/day driving allowance (1,750 km on a weekly booking); kilometres beyond that are billed at $0.25/km and shown on your quote.
Because charging is bundled, the cost you see at booking is the cost you pay — job-costing a route is just the day or week rate, no fuel-card admin.
Every rental holds a refundable $300 deposit on the card used to book. It's a hold, not a charge — it's released back to you after the van comes back in the same condition it left, typically within a few business days. If nothing's wrong with the return, you get all $300 back.
Basic insurance is included in every rate by default. For an extra $12/day, you can add $0-deductible protection — if something happens to the van, you're not out-of-pocket for a deductible. It's a good call for busy job sites with multiple drivers in and out, or move days with several people loading and unloading.
GST at 5% is added to the total at checkout — the day/week figures above are pre-tax, same as most commercial rentals in Canada.
